3 Complete the form with your Course Numbers and completed exam date. Certificates can be added upon completion of a
course or after you finish all of your courses. 
Step 4 Complete Questionnaire 
There are also several short online
tutorials available that will show you how to use each of the
services. These demonstrations use Flash (download
the Flash player by clicking here) and will open in a new
window. Make sure you do not have pop-ups blocked and you
should also "Allow Blocked Content..." if Internet
Explorer indicates that it has "restricted this file from
showing active content".
The tutorials will lead you through the flow of each
scenario - you do not need to "click" on the screen
to go through the demo, it will automatically appear to move
the mouse and change pages.
