This course is specifically designed to meet the requirements of Arizona R4-28-402 section 5-E.

The course includes but is not limited to: 

The history of Fair Housing and how it has directly affected the practice of Real Estate. The course also includes Federal and state guidelines relative to the enforcement of Fair Housing.  Vocabulary and the terms used in Fair Housing law is also discussed for better use within the practice of Real Estate.

The course process:

• Enrolling students would be sent a PDF copy of the course content via email
• The student would review the content, including all practice questions and answers
• The student would complete a 10 question quiz  
• Once the student passes the 10 question quiz the student can print out their own certificate (Students can retest as needed with no additional fee as the system will automatically reset)
