This course is specifically designed to meet the requirements of Arizona R4-28-402 section 5-B.

This course specifically examines the sections of the generic Listing Contract and the pros and cons relative to the licensee and the seller. The licensees responsibilities relative to the listing and how to create the best listing contract to support a quick sale, yet provide licensee security in the listing.

The course process:

• Enrolling students would be sent a PDF copy of the course content via email
• The student would review the content, including all practice questions and answers
• The student would complete a 10 question quiz  
• Once the student passes the 10 question quiz the student can print out their own certificate (Students can retest as needed with no additional fee as the system will automatically reset)
