This course is specifically designed to meet the requirements of Arizona R4-28-402 section 5-H.

The course includes but is not limited to: 

Ethical relationships formed within a Real Estate transaction and the obligation of a licensee to maintain certain ethical standards with customers and clients. The course includes case studies and examples of when ethical standards are of most importance.

The course process:

• Enrolling students would be sent a PDF copy of the course content via email
• The student would review the content, including all practice questions and answers
• The student would complete a 10 question quiz  
• Once the student passes the 10 question quiz the student can print out their own certificate (Students can retest as needed with no additional fee as the system will automatically reset)
