This course is specifically designed to meet the requirements of Arizona R4-28-402 section 5-C.

The course includes but is not limited to: 

A summary of Commissioner Standards with an instructor lead interpretation of the most relevant standards directly related to a licensees everyday real estate practice. Specifically how Arizona law is different from it neighboring states and the pros and cons of such differences.

The course process:

• Enrolling students would be sent a PDF copy of the course content via email
• The student would review the content, including all practice questions and answers
• The student would complete a 10 question quiz  
• Once the student passes the 10 question quiz the student can print out their own certificate (Students can retest as needed with no additional fee as the system will automatically reset)
